    it worked. But did take a while to connect with the set up but the Best Buy person told us that- so that helped a lot.

    With all the confusion going from one counter to another to pay for this when I did pay I got the receipt took my used laptop and left and I realized when I got home 45 minutes away I left the SIM card on the counter

    The packaging advertised working on Tmobile. However, they use Tracphone now and that goes off of Verizon towers.

    Bought this SIM Card twice both times didn't work. Customer Service gave me the run around, I spoke to at least 5 people, but it was the supervisor who finally told me that I had gotten a Verizon Sim Card. They needed to verify my number before they could send me another SIM Card but that's the same number that's not on!!!! HOW?

    SIM didn't work with my phone and Best Buy wouldn't accept return. Then after much hassle was able to activate on a supported phone, finally gave up because my bank does not accept sending text messages to prepaid phones. Useless.

    Simply mobile was bout from t mobile to Verizon and will im still not able to just the line or txt canceled my account.i called four day straight they still was not able to fix the line.

    Bought this SIM Kit from Best Buy today. When I try the type in the SIM card number on the Simple Mobile website, it says it is invalid. I double checked it twice, both on the actual SIM card and the larger card the SIM card came from. I spent 30 minutes with the customer service and all they could say was that this SIM card number didn't exist and they couldn't help me. They claimed the number needed to have 19 digits while mine has 20. Not sure if this SIM kit is fake or just misprinted.
