This product works great! It is a little pricey if you are going to stream movies. It would be great if they had an unlimited plan.

I go to areas that dont have much service and this little hotspot has come in handy more times than i would like to admit. 100% would recommend.

Provided connectivity for a few hours after purchase, then from that point on, no internet. I made many calls to support, most of which involved language issues, and nobody was able to make it work. Eventually our home connection was fixed after about 2 weeks. This device is a paperweight at this point.

The data goes as fast as running water. You also have to purchase an internet plan.

Best Buy sold me a brick. Can’t be activated and Best Buy can’t fix it. Return window closed, so I’m out $50.
