This phone is a piece of crap. I'm locked out. it wants a password. I was never asked to create one. I spent an hour on the phone with Simple Mobile trying to do a hard key reset. It didn't work. I'm bringing the phone back to Best Buy. If you guys can't get it working I want my money back!
