So far, I have had no problems with the Simple Mobile network. Initial activation was a bit rough. It took a while to have the number ported, but thankfully our Best Buy guy was great! Just bought the first online reload for the monthly service today. That was easy and fast.

After numerous texts and dropped calls on my old phone. I received this as an upgrade. The phone is a vast improvement and simple mobile service is an upgrade over basic Tracfone service. Still no contracts, hidden fees, or leasing as opposed to owning.
