Overall good product for the price. However it does tend to freeze and I have to remove the battery at least 2x per week to reset it. Gets frustrating

Phone cannot be used with Tracfone

I bought this phone to be used with Tracfone. The phone is sold by Tracfone BUT it can only be used with Simple Mobile. That info is not anywhere in the description. I had picked it up at Best Buy and they were no help. I guess they were too busy with the new IPhone coming out tomorrow. All I got was an oh well. Customer Service is lacking at this store
