I gave this 3 stars because this purchase was my Fault. If you get this Phone you will NEED insurance. a fall from a coffee table of 16 inches or more you will either crack the front or the back, because they are both covered with glass. As a Small business owner who depends on a cellphone; the battery life is terrible. As it gets closer to being paid off the battery lasts ½ as long as it used to and was not that good in the first place. The Phone is Not serviceable by the consumer IE cant change the battery or add memory. The 1st cellphone I have regretted buying having come from the Galaxy Note. Ridiculous that not only do you have your service bill you get the Privilege of paying them for a trinket that’s only good for a year or 2? ((3 if you’re lucky)) Its kind of funny how cellphones don’t seem to work well for more then a year or 2. Have been a HUGE Samsung fan for a long time Monitors SSD,s Phones and 4 Galaxy Watches. It was not an Entirely bad phone just Way overpriced. More so wanted to warn anyone thinking they were getting a Deal on an Older model. Get insurance and get a Defender case and even that is not a guarantee that you will not get a cracked screen which will cost more to get fixed then the phone is worth. Just a Heads up.
