Seemed like a good deal--

And calling the customer service number in the manual for tech support resulted in getting a person who just wanted to activate the phone; I couldn't manage to explain to her that a dead phone cannot be activated. When asked about whether Simple Mobile honors its warranties, she pretty much said no. So I wouldn't recommend this phone or Simple Mobile.

Great 5" smartphone
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had an old qwerty key phone 3G. It was time to get a 4G LTE phone. The old one was not working all the time. The old 3G phone sometimes had 1 bar in my home many times dialing it would fail and say no service. Now the new one I get 3 of 5 bars inside the home on 4G LTE works great no more missed calls as before. Great basic phone for everyday use. Battery life good.

Very nice for the price

Not my first ZTE phone, also have 3 other ZTE's. This one is light in the hand, responds well, has a nice screen, good keypad, easy to use as far as smartyphones go. It offers WiFi calling, texting, and MMS as a feature that has to be registered but most WiFi enabled phones can do that with Google Voice, Hangouts apps. This one has Hangouts and i installed Hangouts dialer, Google Voice, and Yahoo. I had the phone operating on WiFi in no time. So far i really can't complain. No flaws so far. I hope it proves to be durable as well as easy to use.
