Nice Chairs Missing Hardware

Upon contacting the company they advised me that parts are running 10-12 weeks behind. Indicated that I could purchase myself and they would reimburse me. I did just that, sent them copies as requested and have not heard back from them. At first I thought that ok one box didn't have all the hardware, but when I saw that neither box had the hardware it meant that the company was aware ahead of time and did nothing to inform the customer before purchasing.
