Beautiful furniture, looks great in our office space. It was kind of complicated to assemble, but the final product was worth it. However, the initial item sent to us took almost 2 weeks arrive, and when we were able to assemble it, discovered that it smelled strongly of mold/mildew. Very strongly. We assumed it would just air out, the way new furniture sometimes needs to, but the mold smell did not disappear. The manufacturer was not going to replace the unit initially once we contacted them, but eventually they agreed and we are very happy with SimpliHome's courteous and professional customer service. The new unit is beautiful and does not smell of mold, just new furniture.
