    This TV stand looks beautiful. Unfortunately I can not use it. It was perfectly packaged when we got it, yet as we are opening it there were completely broken parts. I tried contacting the company and they do not have the replacement parts. Now I am dealing with the hassle of trying to return a huge TV stand. I just would like the broken parts but apparently that isn’t an option.

    Looks nice, but poor packaging broke pieces

    Two pieces were gouged and a third piece was broken completely. We ordered a replacement, and the same two pieces were gouged and the same piece was broken completely. Seems like a manufacturing defect. We returned both. It looks like it would have been really nice... Heavy material and nice looking wood surface.
