The ottoman came exactly as pictured with the only assembly being to screw in the 4 legs.

I just needed something in my bedroom to keep blankets in at the foot of my bed and when I got this I was sincerely surprised and pleased at the Quality and the look of it it is very sleek and expensive looking

I think this ottoman is a perfect size if your going to put it at the end of your bed like I did. I live it very much! The only thing I have an issue with is the cream color is not as light as in the pictures, but maybe that is just my computer screen.
