Glass shown on site looked like it would be frosted, but mine came in with clear glass. It still looks good. Like the color of farmhouse brown a lot; it doesn't come on too strong. The holes cut in the back are really large but only show up in the daytime.

It took my handyman, who is smart and experienced, about 3 hours to assemble. The shelves are sunken in the middle, rather than flat, which I'm not thrilled about, but DVDS sit well enough that it's not observable when the glass doors are shut. FED EX delivered and I asked the delivery man to carry it into the house. Box weighed 135 pounds. I'm pleased enough to purchase the smaller version of the same stand for another room.

It was very straightforward to assemble and the directions are very good. The cabinet is functional and serves the purpose I needed and I like that it's real wood and will last.
