Unit arrived, box was not damage in any way, so it is not the fault of the delivery guys. Inside the thing was a mess, no fewer than THREE screws that had been installed at the factory straight up fell out and could not be re-screwed as the wood where they should go was totally stripped. Half the holes did NOT line up properly, and you don't have the option of shifting the frame to compensate, the design simply doesn't allow any adjustments. The metal frame was FILTHY like it has been sprayed with a dirt-hose before getting boxed up. I am not going to trust it to hold up my tv, and plan to demand a refund. Stay far away from this piece of junk.
