overall very simple to install camera batteries do last awhile

I've had a SimpliSafe system for years and am quite happy with it. I bought this set as it was cheaper than the two outdoor cameras purchased separately and figured I will now have spares for the other components, if I should ever need them. The cameras work as well as those that I have from Arlo and it's nice to have them synced up with the security system.

It was more difficult setting up than I had expected. Needed a few consults with tech support to activate the system. It's been operational for a month. Has given our family a greater sense of protection and safety after 2 separate break-ins two months apart.

Great system, very easy to use and setup. Only draw backs are having to pay $30 a month to record video and theres a few seconds delay.

Hate the outdoor cameras for the reason everyone mentioned. It's night vision is non-existent, it does not have a workable spotlight because its small light. Whatever night area you expect it to record, should be well lit. The outdoor camera lags and when you receive a message that motion has been detected, and you soon try to open the app to view the motion there is about a two minute delay. If you try to view continuously, you will find that your camera goes offline after a while. Sometimes you are alerted, sometimes you are not. I have bought far into the simplisafe security ecosystem so I just make do. This eco system still makes me and my family feel safer in the house so I'm okay with it. If there is any sort of tech that cost similarly and does not include the same downsides however, I would pay the money to switch over just for a better outdoor camera.

Super easy to set up. System works well but cameras are low quality. For basic security needs this is perfect. For image capture look to another solution such as Blink or Arlo

Excellent Value I got the bundle sale. I love this system, it gives piece of mind. My only gripe is the speed to connect to the camera from the phone app to see whats going on. Ring cam is faster (I have a 2019 model that views faster than the wireless simplisafe cam). Also sound issues on the cam one allows for the visitor to hear you but you better be a good lip reader you can't hear them. I have a ring cam so I'm not worried about it but still, even after updating the software same issue, i called cust service they gave me the runaround and no real fix.

Bought it under a promotion. Nice value bundle. I was looking for outdoor cameras for my simplisafe and found them cheaper thru the bundle compared to individual purchase. They work very well.

This was a great starter set to begin with to see if simplsafe is for you . You can add to this system as you need. Set up was very easy, however it took me longer than claimed.

Easy install, good functionality. Added door locks and motion sensors. Haven’t figured out monthly service plans yet; seems a bit pricy at first glance, but stand-alone, I like the system

Got this on a daily deal and if you do that you get the whole system with 2 outside cameras for less than you can buy 2 cameras alone. If your WiFi is strong enough these work great. The system itself is good. They answer promptly and if the alarm goes off they call you so they are monitoring your system. If you’re ok with installing and maintaining your system yourself these will be a good fit.

Very easy to set up and is and way able to add more to the system

Easy install / setup and control through app on phone. Door Sensors stick well and camera mount / adjustment done nicely with having magnetic mount.

Excellent system that is easy to set up and easy to operate. The directions were easy to follow and it made things easy to set up in very little time.

I love SimpliSafe alarms. This was an excellent price for two cameras. The cameras are great quality and the speaker on them is quite clear.

Very simple to install. No contract makes this product worthwhile!. My door frames are uneven so it would have been nice for them to include some adaptors, but overall a very good product without the hefty installation and monthly monitoring price tag of a standard alarm system.

Simply safe security system Is the best thing to secure an empty house. There are no contracts involved and you can easily install it yourself.
