Not straightforward

After less than two months, the siren has gone offline and won’t come back on. The reset button didn’t solve the problem so now I have to call SimpliSafe and disassemble the siren to see if we can fix it. The same thing happened when I first set up the system—the keypad wouldn’t connect and the only way to fix it was to take the base station apart. I’m not sure why taking apart the hardware is standard and every issue requires a phone call. Unfortunately, in my experience, the system might be “simple,” but setup and troubleshooting aren’t easy or fast.
