This water dispenser is amazing! I love how convenient it is with both cold and hot water features. It was very easy to install and simple to use. Highly recommend!

I love how the cold water is super cold and the hot water is super hot. Its very quiet and i save a lot of money with this dispenser.

The set up was easy and the instruction manual helpful. both the hot and cold work really well. I usually leave the hot off due to the office I work in, but my clients will turn it on for tea and report it heats up very quickly. They also said the safety feature on the hot water is effective and I can relax about people getting burned. I love that I no longer use so many little plastic bottles.

The water dispenser is a really good product; the water is always cold, and the hot water is good for tea or instant coffee. But so far, I haven't had any trouble with the product. It was very easy to install if you follow the instructions; everything will be fine. It does not occupy so much space, so it is good for a small kitchen.

We bought this for our second house because it was well water and it didn't smell great. So we bought this to use for our water. There was a place in town that sold alkaline and pH water. Wasn't sure what that was but I had heard about it before so I thought I would use that as it wasn't very expensive. I feel the 5 gallon jug and put it on the machine for our drinking water. It has worked really well when we were up there and used it. It seems to be well built and does the job very well. Highly recommend it.

I purchased this for the folks in my office. So far so good. The water is cold and hot enough. I thought the price was good. It’s easy to use. Most cups fit under the spouts ok. Even the larger water cups.

[Employee of bestbuy] Iv used this in my business for 5 months now. Easy to set up. Cord seems short so i use ab extension cord, its like a 4 or 5 ft cord that it comes with. No complaints, it does the job, and it does it well.

The part that is supposed to pop open the top of the bottles doesn’t do so consistently. The solution from the company was to completely remove the cap from the top of the bottle. This works, but flipping a 5 gallon bottle over on to the top of the dispenser inevitably leads to at least some minor splashes and spills. Part of the time the bottles seat properly and the top pops open for dispensing, but about half the time it doesn’t. Their CS rep said it’s designed to remove the complete cap, which would lead to spills and splashes every time. We will be replacing soon with a different brand.

Fits perfectly in the place I wan it. No issues at the moment.

The water tasted like plastic even after multiple flushes. Sent it back for a refund. I don't have time to flush it out 50 times with vinegar like the manufacturer suggested.
