Bad Karaoke machine purchase

It was a waste of $100 that i could have used on something better. It broke and kept rebooting itself the first time i turned it on. Customer support has limited hours during work day and I'm at work during the day and can't even call for help. Don't buy it!!!

Great looking and sound! Hard to use / No support.

It looks impressive but when we tried to use the app we had a lot of difficulties getting it setup and getting the subscription completed to get access to the full music. We could not find any live support anywhere and two days later we will be returning this.
