First one got returned, had a bad microphone input. Second unit was all good. Customer service was very good just a little bit complicated since it had to go back to the manufacturer for replacement. Hopefully you will use it more than a few times.

My only complaint, which takes a star off on this item is that one has to hold the mic very close to the mouth to be able to be heard through the speaker. Aside from that it is a good item so far.

It works, but not as I would expect. Volume it very low and whe you turn it up, it shuts off. Some kind of protection turns it off. We’ve learned that you just deal with no more than 75% volume or risk it shutting down. Kids enjoy it and the parents kinda like the 75% volume max...but it should be louder for the size & price.

This item was not staying connected to the Bluetooth device, which is essential for its purpose. Not a good sound. No screen available for the karaoke.
