Knowledgeable staff

It was overpriced and underwhelming

He waited until after he installed everything to tell me he preferred their wire over mine so that was extra and he ignored where I requested the amp to be installed instead installed it in the one place I didn’t want it because he likes it there. He charged me for so many things that I wasn’t informed about based on his preferences only to make excuses as to why there was no difference in bass or loudness. Imagine spending almost $800 on equipment and installation with no impact. I was hustled by a guy who worked 2 jobs and didn’t feel like working that day. I think I was punished for not rescheduling and for being a woman.

Bad placement, still sounds ok.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.He installed it under my seat but he moved it so it would be perfect for him when he's driving and installed the subwoofer directly under where HE would be sitting even though my seat was way back. I'm to tall to have the seat up that close and I can't get the same feel not having the subwoofer directly underneath me. This took several hours to complete so I really didn't wanna wait any longer.

My sub and amp install

And they tried to make me pay to get it looked at even after I bought the 200 dollar geek squad service. Just in case if anything happened. This is exactly why I didn’t purchase the full car system cuz I was never I would get fd over and I did. Just feed yo took 20 mins of back and forth to even get it checked out for free... bull in my book. Just fed up at this point. Paid a lot of money for this and it deff could have been spent at a different place. Learn from my mistakes.
