    Technician was more worried about trying to get the maximum sound the maximum sound out of the unit overloaded it loaded it as a blown speaker's amplifier and everything else I'm still having issues

    They did not do anything about my sub because he said they can't make a custom for my sub. Even i've been waiting there for 6 hours he just do install for my amp only. Not kidding 6 over 6 hour

    The Best Buy associate was shown all components and completely messed up the install appointment. Where I couldn’t get anything installed
