    Missing a piece and could not be installed. Best Buy was nice enough not to charge and willing to come out again.

    Good Product associated with wall mounted microwave hardware. It was identified by Best Buy Rep. correct and installed without any problem.

    Installation reps were careful in setting up the appliances, insured they worked properly and demonstrated the operation of the appliances.

    The installers were great- installed oven without any hassle and were efficient- did a good job and left no mess.

    This was a service call and we were extremely pleased. The tech was on time, professional and knowledgeable.

    Poor service with in house consultant

    Very poor experience with installation. Initially, I was charged for over the range installation even though I had purchased a built in microwave. Ended up paying extra for pacific sales installation and plus the installer charged me another $120.00 for cuts. Not happy with Dillion(in house consultant), but had a great interaction with Christie Nolan. She tried and could not assist me with the issue with being charged almost $350.00 for installation

    The over sized frame has been brought to their attention and they have not fixed it yet.
