Loved this movie. I've seen it about 4 times now and it still gets my heart going each time. You really get into the story and connect with the terror the characters are feeling. It also is not predictable which is nice for a scary movie in a time where it seems like a lot of movies are. Overall great movie that I would recommend.

I'm not sure if I'm reviewing the movie or the product, but in either case - they are both pretty good. I wish that they would stop using cheap cases, but I guess that's why the movie was so cheap.

Critics said this movie used gore for the sake of gore but I disagree. Many scenes are implied rather than showing the actual bloodletting. Interesting take on the horror genre centering around a true crime author.

I rented this before I purchased, and was glad I did! I got to enjoy this movie a couple days earlier and wasn't disappointed! Images were disturbing enough to enjoy the shock value. I hope 2 is good...

Best horror movie I have ever watched!! Fantastic Plot. Great effects. Great cinematography. Fabulous storyline. Music was awesome and so chilling. The music made half the movie!! Ethan Hawke gave the performance of his life. And best yet....it ended the way a horror movie should end!!! I was scared!!!

This is a creepy movie. I had to stop watching it at night, in the dark by myself. I tried watching during the day and still got creeped out. One day I plan to finish watching it.

This film isn't going to reshape the landscape of horror cinema, but it offers a lot of solid scares and has a unique premise with one of the best endings I've seen in a horror film in years.

The blu-ray for Sinister boasts an impressive picture quality along with a decent soundtrack. While at times predictable, the movie is well made and will succeed in giving a couple of good scares.

Good horror movies are hard to come by these days (although The Conjuring was great). This movie pleasantly surprises. If you like creepy movies with cool twists I recommend you check it out.

Very interesting movie. Gets scarier later in film and a lot of jump scares. I actually saw this because I saw 2nd in theater but hadn't seen the first...but both are good.

One of the best horror movies I've seen in a long time!! This movie gave me chills and kept me on the edge of my seat. It is full of surprises and actor Ethan Hawke make a great performance in this film. Would recommend to all seeking a good entertaining horror movie.

Sinister is a thriller/horror film that is one of the best that has came out in awhile. I do not want to spoil the movie for you if you haven't watched it, but just know it is worth your money if you do decide to purchase. It's one that should be in your dvd collection.

This movie is a great movie, it was one of the horror movies that truly scared me! Also, for a price of $9.99 I thought that was a great deal for the movie!

Overall, Sinister has a really good horror film atmosphere. The home movie parts are truly the most unsettling. Good film to add to anyone's horror collection.

A good solid horror film with good actors and some great freaky moments. Give this one a chance... Great sound design!! Good image and sound quality for a blu-ray.

Most scary movies these days are very cookie cutter. This one is very well made and is a pretty fresh idea. Audio and video on it are both very good. Recommended.

This is a movie for those who like suspense with the required twists, know there will not be a happy ending. The acting is not a strong suit.

This movie has the right amount of mystery, thrill, and superstition. A relief compared to most horror movies that came out that year. Really entertaining.

As far as horror movies go this is definitely worth the watch
