Tuner was easier to install than previous models. Its recording capabilities allow for you to hear the beginning of the current song each time you change to one of your preset stations - a very nice feature.

The connector is needed to receive SiriusXM satellite radio transmissions. When connected, it works flawlessly. I recommend getting it installed by the crew at Best Buy.

The direction were self explanatory and easy to install. It also came with a 7 day trial that I wasn't aware of which gave me the chance to see what channels to choose from which was great!

HAVING A DASH MOUNTED SIRIUS UNIT FOR YEARS WAS GREAT, BUT THE DASHBOARD WAS CLUTTERED. I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF UPGRADING MY CAR STEREO AND IT WAS A NO BRAINER TO PURCHASE THE VEHICLE TUNER. SET UP WAS BREEZE AND MY INTERIOR LOOKS NICE AND CLEAN.

This works so nice with my new head deck. Got this for my uncle. He loves it.

I thought this antenna had too many pieces since I had a 3 year old Onkyo receiver that wanted the older version of the antenna which seemed to have only one piece when XM and Sirius were competitors. I was also worried about getting reception in my apartment in downtown Manhattan. End result - it was easy to hook up myself and obvious about what to do. I have no issues at all with reception and have the antenna inside a stereo closet with no access to or view of the outside or a window. Awesome to have good radio without commercials.

Wish they had more of a variety of hip-hop/pop channels. But the vehicle tuner was easy install and you don't even notice that it is there. Sometimes don't have that good of a connection when going through hills or under things.

I love this because you don't see it and everything works from the radio..no more wires from portable xm receiver

Well, my car stereo installation experience has been a little less than perfect, but has nothing to do with Best Buy . . . they were great. Bought a JVC "Satellite Ready" stereo, only to learn after the fact that those stereos ALSO need a JVC adaptor to go between this unit, and the stereo (the stereo has a "JVC" proprietary connector.) I was initially told this was all I would need, so long as the stereo stated "Satellite Ready" but that was not the case. And, the store readily took the product back, without any issues at all. So - I am sure the product is great, but not for me!

I first tried to install the unit on my dashboard however it didn't work too well. I have bought a GPS receiver and installed the sensor on my dashboard and it works awesome! No problems at all. I thought the same would work for satellite radio but it doesn't. So I had to route it on the top of my vehicle and it works great there. It works awesome when you have full reception, however there seems like there's a lot of dead zones. Other than that it works, so I can't complain too much.

It's exactly what I'd hoped it would be and that's a quality car stero with Xm, Pandora and Blue tooth .....

Allows me to receive Sirius XM on new car stereo. Loving this for traveling and around town. Reason price, great quality! Recommend.

I'm definitely happy with the purchase of the device. Reception is good but does have a tendency to fade out under bridges and some local areas.

I used this SiriusXM tuner with a new Kenwood head unit that was SiriusXM ready. I already had XM with my stock radio in my 2005 Silverado. For my truck, I was able to use the stock XM antenna with the SXV200V1. That made the whole process very easy - 5 minute job. It probably took longer to figure out where to mount the tuner than it did to actually install it. I ended up zip tying it to a bracket behind the glove box. Since I already subscribed to XM, I just had to replace my radio ID online and I was good to go.

Unit was easy to install, even routing cable to trunk/rear of roof. Works seamlessly with head unit, no special tools or adapters needed. Relatively simple activation and registration online.

A good way to receive XM radio in a car that does not have OEM XM...which is pretty ridiculous these days, but my 2013 Subaru Outback is one of them and the dealer wants $360 for the part and another $300+ to install...also just as ridiculous. I ditched the original head unit and replaced with a GPS equipped Kenwood 571. All works great, but the XM loses reception more often than I think it should. However, when it works, all sounds great. The XM receiver does have to sit somewhere on your front dash with a direct line of sight skyward.

I wanted satellite radio for long trips. The head unit and tuner combo work wonderfully. The total cost was a good buy.

I installed this in my 06 F150 Pioneer radio and it was a quick install and quick setup. This is extremely clear.

This unit was straight forward and simple to install. Activation was simple on the Sirussite

Small compact unit was easy to connect. Running the cable in this case was a bear, but worth the effort. Clear reception, clear high quality sound was my reward.
