Had to pull radio from dash and connect cables. Easier than expected. Works well. Reception is sensitive to where the antenna is placed. Mine had to go on the hood of the vehicle since cabover bed obstructed the roof.- not the best location.

Replaced with a Sirius XM ready receiver to eliminate the external equipment and added steps. The receiver with the satellite radio tuner, displays XM service as if the receiver was made that way. It becomes another item in the receivers menu of functions.
