Customers are saying

Customers express satisfaction with the ease of use, touch screen, Bluetooth connectivity, and sound quality of the Tour Radio with 360L and Vehicle Kit. Many appreciate the relatively simple installation process. However, some users report slow startup times and occasional challenges with signal strength and reception. A few also mention the lack of a built-in battery as a drawback.

I purchased the Tour for my mother prior to a road trip in her older vehicle, and she tells me that it worked well. It was fairly easy to install, we attached the antenna to the roof and easily wrapped the wires under the weather stripping and inside the car. The only caveat was that we had to use the radio for the audio, but that's pretty standard for an older car. I don't particularly think that the Tour is better than the cheaper models would have been, they just didn't have any in stock in store when we went, but we've been happy anyway.

Would give this 5 stars, but...it takes forever to start up, need to be water proof so that I don't have to worry about it on my motorcycle. Also, it needs to have direct access to the volume control.

Great product. It's the second one I've owned. Don't change it or try to improve it. It has all the features a SiriusXM user could want. Purchased my first one about 3 years after introduction. Upgraded from Sportster model. Glad I did.

App has more channels, so just use the app ..I thought [the tour ] would have more stations than my car smx or whatever , but it has the same stations unlike the app having many more which I thought I might get with this over priced service…..signal jumps in and out, and get ready to wait about 3 minutes or more for it to boot up..!!!!!!!!

I had to return this mainly because the startup time was just way too slow. After 2 minutes or so I'd finally start getting music. The touchscreen is not sensitive enough. If this was more responsive it would be way better. I like the screen size and layout but functionally it's a mess.

Great product! This is the only Sirius XM radio available that has Wi-Fi connectability, all the other ones require you to connect to the satellite! It also has Bluetooth for all your Bluetooth speakers and headphones, also not something available on any other Sirius XM radio. I ended up getting an external battery source and Bluetooth speaker so that could carry it with me everywhere and blast satellite radio!

Purchased for company vehicle, on the road a lot and listening to music helps to pass the times. I also do a lot of stops along a route, so the vehicle isn't turned on all the time, and since this receiver can record like a DVR, like for satellite TV, I wanted a way to keep it powered on for a set amount of time. This was done by a relay board with a timer built in. It turns the receiver on when the vehicle accessory is turned on, and remains on as long as the accessory or ignition is on. It starts a configurable timer when the accessory is turned off, and then switches off when the timer ends, it also stops and resets the timer if the accessory is turned back on before the timer ends. I connected it using fuse taps, one gets constant power, the other is the "trigger" circuit that activates the timer when turned off. I also purchased the home kit so I can use the same radio in my house without paying for a second radio just for that. It will work with the older version of the home kit but most of the buttons on the remote will not work with this new radio, so it's best to get the newer one that has a different remote that can fully control the radio.

Bought this over a year ago and had BB do the install. Never worked right from the beginning. The unit takes over 30 secs to find a signal. Doesn’t matter where you’re at. If at all. Other times it would just lose the signal and not come back. Had to turn it off and on again and it might find a signal. When and if it works sounds fine through my factory speakers. BB said to contact Sirius and they said contact the installer. The best they could do was offer me a $30 credit and Never Fix the Problem. DO NOT BUY THIS SIRIUS DOES NOT STAN BEHIND IT AND BEST BUY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THE INSTALLATION.

Good little satellite radio. The only problem is it takes about 2 long minutes to fire up once you turn it on. Also, the touch screen is not beneficial when driving; i wish id have gotten a model with physical buttons.

Transferring service from old radio to the new one took a long time. Activating a new account may be quicker. The ID that was on the screen under settings was wrong from what was on the back (i gave that ID instead of the one on the sticker) and after they sent the activation signal the ID changed to the same number thats on the back of the unit. FYI if you buy this item give them the number thats on the back of the unit. Start up is so slow and takes about a minute or a little over to come on. Screen picks up fingerprints very easy I recommend buying and using the remote. Changing channels from the screen brings up the channels in a line and you can scroll thru them but if you stop in between your search that station will play. Online channels the unit needs to be connected to a hotspot. I used my phone but when checking for updates it failed several times then finally completed update check. I connected the unit to my portable hotspot and it was better plus i save my phones battery life.

Was a nice unit. I returned it after about a week of using it. It had a real nice display, but not real user friendly to me. To many steps to change channels. I prefer the old presets.
