Ordered the CD player for a Christmas present on 12/13. Delivery date posted for 12/23, then delayed to 12/29. As of 1/2/26. No delvery and no channel for follow up.

This has been the worst experience and will NEVER order from Best Buy (through a 3rd party) ever again. Ordered ordered 2 weeks before Christmas, haven't gotten it yet and dealing with some China company feeding me different excuses why I haven't got it yet. After reviewing this company, the company had "FAKE" and "SCAM" by every review. Why in the world Best Buy would allow them to be a 3rd party seller blows me away.
When you order from a 3rd party seller on Best Buy, they will take no accountability if you need help. Absolutely unacceptable and lesson learned for me. Never again

Need a CD player for your car, this is it!

Newer vehicles do not have CD players and my husband misses it so much. The first CD player I bought him did not work out. This one is heavier, I've tried it out in both our vehicles and it plays great. I can't wait till he opens it on Christmas.
