Extremely light exfoliation if any at all. The suction can be a little disconcerting at first but you get used to it. I’ve had microdermabrasion professionally and ofcourse I don’t expect it to be on that level,but this very disappointing. Especially at the price point.

I feel this product is nice.
I would not use this everyday though. It leaves a tingle on your face after using it but it does go away after few minutes.
