is sorry. I bought these for myself for my birthday around 12/24/17, and after a few weeks, had a problem with the item connecting to my phone. No problem. I tried to take them back to BB around 1/21, and was told I was outside the return window, and we didn’t buy the extended coverage. I’m sorry, but the already ridiculous 14-day return policy doesn’t have 1 thing to do with a defective product. And surely there isn’t a product in that entire store that has a manufacturers warranty that expires in 30 days. Any “extended warranty” is not needed until the original warranty expires. At any rate, unless I have to go to Best Buy to get a duplicate of the TV we bought last year, I won’t be going there again for anything, and if so, that will be the last purchase for me.

Battery runs out more than once everyday. If I listen for long time, I fell my ear drum might explode because of unnecessary pressure. Literally, I have never had an earphone with poorer bass quality, and stress on ears. I chose to buy earphones from Best buy for the first time, not from Skull Candy though - which is absolutely disappointing, and it was a disaster. This piece was strongly recommended by their sales person, when I was trying to choose something else after researching online in-store only. Puts in a question mark for me on whether the sales staff is trained enough with all the gadgets in the store?

I bought these because my previous headphones stopped working and I wanted a wireless pair that wasn't too pricey. They had decent sound but don't stay around your neck. They fell off and got lost the second day I had them.

Bought two for my sons for Christmas. Neither one like the earbuds and said they would fall out. Maybe suitable for adults but not teenagers. They got good reviews so that's why I purchased them. People seemed to be pleased with them. Returned sealed boxes to the store.

This product is best for money and it's the best brand.
