No charge or connection.

I downloaded the SkullCandy app, which I found out I didn't need. This caused only the left bud to pair with my phone. When I deleted the app, I managed to get both paired. Second, the right earbud would not hold a charge more than 10 minutes. I fully charged the cased, then kept the right bud in overnight, and still only 10 minutes for the right. Instead of taking these back to Best Buy, I sent them for warranty repair to Skull Candy. Big mistake! It took about a month for them to get a new pair to me, which put it past the return window to get my money back from Best Buy. Why would I need to return these now? Third, the new pair Skull Candy sent will not stay paired with my phone. I lose connection when I have my phone in my pocket, which is only about 4 feet from the buds. This means that I have to hold my phone in my hand to keep these connected, which totally defeats the purpose of having wireless ear buds. I may try to return the second pair, but I'm thinking I may cut my losses and move to a different brand.
