Ordered 2 pairs online. Both defective. One LED charging light was broken on one bud. The second pair does not hold a charge for long & audio is problematic when in use as it fades in & out. Going to have to make a second return/exchange trip to my local Best Buy as 2nd ordered pair are faulty as well.

I wanted to find ear buds for my niece and these worked out well. The price was great and the color is nice.

You get what you pay for. These earbuds were on sale for 20 bucks.they worked pretty good for about a week the the left bud quit working would not change or anything, so I threw them away and spent quit a bit more for a pair of sony bud and they are amazing. Please dont buy the skullcandy buds there junk just spend more and get a decent pair the first time around.

Totally unhappy. I wanted these to use for Zoom meetings. There is a sizeable lag between my voice and the visual of my mouth which other participants see. Their paperwork says to contact them for help before returning to store, but that link to their info is just a Q&A. I could not find any way to call them for help. Very frustrating. I returned this item as a result.

The box stopped working so I cant charge them. I cant charge them anymore 4/10

Worked fine for about a month then out of nowhere the right earbuds battery started to deteriorate and now only lasts about 30 mins between charges. Very disappointing as the earbuds have great audio quality and surprising signal strength but doesn't mean anything if I can't use it for very long.
