Double letdown

Too bad that they disconnected from my IPhone 12 every 30 seconds or so. After several hours of watching videos and doing resets I made a choice to return them to Skullcandy directly since Best Buy was impossible to get on the phone. If the replacements don’t work I will have wasted much time and money.
