I spent several hours trouble shooting, reading reviews and trying to get them to work. Returned them and bought a different, cheaper brand and they worked as soon as I turned them on. I would have loved for these to work but they didn’t.

Do I have a bad pair?

Wondering if I have a bad pair. I get the "low battery" warning after just a few minutes of using with android phone and then one of the ear buds cuts out. Charging unit lights are all lit but wondering if the ear buds are actually charging. Sound is better than I expected though -- when I can hear it anyway!
