I bought these because they had pretty good reviews and were on clearance. First of all, the earbuds on these are very comfortable. I have been having the hardest time trying to find earbuds that don't make my ears hurt after a while of wearing them and these definitely fit that bill. The noise cancellation is also very good. A little too good - I've gotten some stares in the grocery store because I'm not paying attention to the fact that I can barely hear myself talk and so I'm almost shouting. The reason I took off a star is because I find that if the mic is not right by my mouth, people have a hard time hearing me and background noise does get picked up now and then for the person on the other end of the line. Not enough for me to return or toss them though. Especially since the comfort level is so high!

Skullcandy is an amazing earbud for the price. I am replacing my Skullcandy earbud black that I had for five years because over time the wire broke from the ear piece. The sound has improved but the comfort is just as impressive. I liked this new model because of the colorful look, they will be much easier to find in my backpack. I would recommend to anyone who has difficulty with sensitivity or comfort from anything placed in your ear. The price is excellent for such great quality. I have recommended to friends and family and they too love the Skullcandy earbuds.

The sound is fine for earbuds, about what you'd expect. These are the first SkullCandy earbuds I've had that fit like this (sort of angled ear piece that sticks out a bit from the drivers). They're comfortable and easy to wear, but after a couple of minutes with them in I'm not sure they're any different than "traditional" buds. The inline mic and controls work as expected, and have a bit higher quality feel to the buttons. The true test for these, however, is how long the connector pin (end you plug into the device) holds up. I've had some SkullCandy buds last quite a long time, and I've had some that have crapped out on me in less than a couple months. With the buds in question, though, the connector is an 'L' shape and made of firmer material, so they do seem like they'll withstand pocket use much more (the straight connectors often go to siht from constant pocket use, with the constant bending). If so, these could finally be the buds I come back to.

This is my first pair of Skullcandy earbuds and I have to admit they aren't all that bad. I use them at the office to drown out background noise (using a white noise app) so that I can concentrate on my job. Bass was definitely deeper than I had expected. Treble also seems pretty crisp when listening to music. The color is pretty cool and they fit my ears well. CONS: The button feels rather cheap but has held up so far. The regular price of $30 seems pretty steep so I'd wait for a sale and perhaps using your BB Rewards certificate as well. I got mine for just over $20 that way. I wouldn't wear them to go running or working out but I think they'd be good for regular, daily usage.

Okay'ish ear buds!! Sounds ok, Good bass (skullcundy, duh!!)... Thing i like is the fit, works great for gym. No volume control button though.

I've used these ear buds for a couple of months now and the sound quality has been excellent with rich bass that doesn't drown out the mids and highs. The ear buds stay firmly in place with very little movement, even during workouts.

Great quality headphones, what one would expect from Skullcandy. The angled part of the earbud makes from a better and more comfortable fit to the ear. The only little complaint I have is that I wish the cord was just a little bit longer.

I like the angle of the headphones so they fit comfortably in my ears. The sound is good. I think they don't have the volume on the little control thing on the wire like other skull candy headphones I've had, just a start/stop button.

Since Sony discontinued the normal headphones that we used and we could not find the same sound quality a salesperson recommended Skullcandy. These are really good headphones. Pros: These noise cancelling headphones have good high mid and lower ranges allowing me to hear imperfections in low quality MP3 songs and more sounds in high quality MP3 songs then prior speakers. When seated snuggly in the ear have deep bass. The length and construction quality of the wire leads me to believe they will last a long time. The left ear pause/skip track button it is very helpful although i dont use pause at work because it is still noise canceling while on. I love the chrome red coloring. Cons: Plastic case for earbuds are too small. Push button 1 time for pause is ok but not for conversations.

These fit nicely, and include two different sets of silicone earbuds. I wear these writing in a kitchen, and the occasional wet hands hasn't caused a problem yet with the button or buds. They sound good, delivering solid lows and decent highs. My only real complaint is that the case is barely large enough for adult sized hands to get the headphones into with any ease, and it becomes a battle of will. A braided cable would also be nice, but can be found on models that Skullcandy offers.

I bought these ear buds to replace a pair that came with my MP3 player and I didn't want to spend a lot of money. With that in mind, these fit the bill very nicely. The level of performance I experienced was surprising. These ear buds have very good low and high end frequency response with a fairly flat center. These ear buds are also very comfortable; even when worn for longer periods. For the money, I believe these are a good value.

For the price of this product, it's a very nice sound and feel's good to wear, designed well and looks cool! I'd recommend them to anyone!

Look great. Fit great. Sound great. I really like Skullcandy and their approach to branding. The only issue I had with this purchase was the carrying case that came with them. You have to wind the buds pretty tight to get them to fit, and even then the case bulges out on the sides and is difficult to close. If the case really was meant for those buds then they should have included a manual or something to teach you how to make them fit. Not a deal breaker, though. I still love my new ear buds and use them every day.

These are some of the best price to performance earphones that I have ever heard. The sound is balanced well and makes for great listening regardless of what is playing. The mic on the cable also works very well and sounds good to others when I am using it to talk on the phone. The controller that the mic is in has only a single button that functions as a play/pause/fast forward (if pressed twice quickly) which works well. It is nice that the button is large and easy to press, but I sometimes wish that it also had some sort of volume control.

Skull Candy headphones aren't your high end headphones, but they have some great sound. Mid and highs are clear, while the bass hits. It's not powerful, but it does fill out the sound well. I also like the little package for storage, but it's a bit cumbersome to get the headphones back into. Also, the style of ear pieces that it comes with is a bit lacking as there's only two different sets, small and medium. If you have larger canals, you may need to buy separate pieces.

Ear buds and I have quite the colored past. It used to be that every pair I bought would last at most a year. Then I bought these, and they lasted twice as long and then some. They're much more durable than previous pairs that I've bought and the sound quality is great. For someone who loves music but doesn't have the biggest budget, these ear buds are perfect. The bass is nice and low and the treble doesn't sound washed out like similar buds do. Overall and good set of headphones for the price you pay.

Purchase was for my 16 year old daughter. She is pretty careful with her headphones, putting something in her ear to drown out reality is pretty much the lifeblood of her existence. Unfortunatetly, her left ear does some technoskulldudgery and destroys whatever product she puts in there. Jvc, klipsec, panasonic, sony, stienhouser, whatever... so, we went with skullcandy this time. Normally the anti material properties of her left ear kills headphones in a week. So far, it's been several weeks and they are still working. Most places are pretty good about giving you refunds for a product you purchased there. But looking up skullcandy lifetime replacement warranty. . Not bad. Just remember to get tracking number for the return, keep your reciept, and call them after a couple weeks after you verified they got your product. Should get a coupon code for replacement of 100 percent of the purchase price. 50 percent if someone you now no longer care about damages them on purpose. Or accident. Be a sport, forgive them eventually.

I wear these at work.. i always have broke others ear buds in about 30 days,, these are made well and sound great.. they fit in the ear perfect

I've been a fan of the skullcandy brand for a while now. The soft ear peaces block ambient noise as well as allowing for a long wear comfortable fit. I use them at work daily for 6+ hours and have always revived top performance and comfort. Several times I have by mistake washed them with little damage to the product. Sadly after four or so washes and a few thousand hours of use there comes a time when they must be replaced. I am now on my fourth pair in seven years. My job is active and they tie daily abuse and still hold up!!

Great sound quality for a low-end earbud. Very comfortable and the fit is snug, which is important as a runner. Definitely recommend.
