easy install, fast responce on IPHONE, but slow on my android phone, still great to know who is at the door, even if we are not home at the time.

This SkyBell is such a great device!!! Easy to install and make you feel so safe in ur house. You can see whoever rings ur doorbell anywhere in the world and are able to talk to them, with the push of a button. It video tapes when the bell rings and saves the video for 7 days so u have a picture of whoever was at ur door. Great if something horrible happens, like getting robbed because u can give picture to the police. Worth every penny!!!

This product works exactly as expected and is very easy to install as long as you already have an existing doorbell you are replacing. My only issue is not with the product but rather with the BestBuy service. I purchased a brand new product online but they shipped me an open item. I was not pleased with that because I feel like an open item should be sold at a discount and not as a brand new unopened item.

works as advertised.. they could have done with a better camera.. but for the price and ease of install its ok..

This seemed to be just the product we were looking for. Since our living area is a distance from our front door we thought it would be a real convenience. We had to return it because it was not compatible with our doorbell system and we wanted it to be hardwired. Definitely would recommend checking the set-up of your doorbell before purchase!

If you have an AC Router such as Xfinity do not buy this camera, you have to downgrade your signal to N. The resolution of the camera is 720, the good side is it has a two way radio. Installation difficulty is 8 an a regular person would not be able to install it

Installed the Skybell, and tried to download the ap to my android phone. Not able to do it. Then in reading the instructions, I find out that android ap will not be available, if at all, until sometime i n January, 2016. I don't appreciate Best Buy selling something like this that is not usable as expected.

Good product hooked into my wifi with no problem. Camera could be a little better.

I am about to return this item in full disclosure. That is slightly harder to facilitate as you don't know if it works or not until you have "installed it" on your home. When it works, it works great. But thats the problem, it only works maybe one in four times. The manufacturer says you need one Megabit per second, I have between 20 to 30 megabits per second at the front door, mine is still spotty. Awesome idea... but not quite ready for me, at least it doesn't fit my expectations for a $200 doorbell working. Now I need to get my handyman back to uninstall it, so I can return it and try a competitors product.

This product allows you to see and answer your door from any cell phone or tablet attached to the internet. No more guessing who is at your door. This device also has a motion sensor so you can see if someone is standing at your door. Lastly, it keeps a video log of who has been at your front door.

Skybell works like advertised. My friends are amazed when I show them the view from my front door. Two small issues, first, it seems to load slower when someone rings the bell versus if I pull it up on my own. However it usually loads within 10 second when the bell is rang. Second, there is NO room behind the bell for the wires. So you need to drill a large hole (as large as the center of the mounting ring) to fit the wires and connectors. Be warned the skybell wires are thin and easily broken. However once hooked up and in the wall it shouldn't matter.

Good device. I had to return it because it didn't sit flush on my stucco wall. Not the device's fault, so I think it still deserves a good rating. I'm sure I could've sanded down the mounting surface to make it work.

This video bell has many features that the competitors don't have. IT would be 5 stars if it had a battery option so don't have to do a major install.

great concept, quality is poor. first unit button broke 2 days in. second unit has connection time out more often than successful image eben though that area of the house pulls 20MB/s on same network using SpeedTest on my phone. Going to try reconnecting ONE MORE TIME before Igo through the headache of replacing my doorbell and hauling this thing back to Best Buy.

Very good resolution, every thing works as advertise .Dont like the fact that if you want to see your video latter you must pay a monthly fee. This is very sneaky

This product is very good! Allows you to see who comes to your doorstep if you are away from home ,and sends video to your phone. Very easy to install.

my husband installed the item and it was great! i cant believe how technology has improved, just imagine what things will be like in 20 years, i definitly recommend this item,great price also

No wifi ,hard to set up,if your door bell is not facing front door the wires will exposed.video is poor and wifi too.

Great doorbell when it works (if wifi stay on with strong signal). Motion sensor works occasionally, not all the time. Great that you can converse with the doorbell ringer, when you are away from home.

Poor and inconsistent video, audio never worked properly. After 1 month the button stopped working altogether.
