      Hi Ron, thank you for your feedback. I just wanted to let you know that we do have an update coming soon which will allow you to raise the volume higher if you'd like. I think you'll be much happier with them after the update so I hope you'll consider waiting a bit before returning them. skybuds

      Sorry to hear you ran into trouble using our app. It sounds like you might be using the Marshmallow OS on a Samsung device, which unfortunately has known connectivity issues. Once Samsung rolls out the update to the Nougat OS, it should solve the problem. The app update we have coming out this week also allows you to raise the volume louder if you wish. skybuds

      Thanks for the thoughtful review. We have some good news! We have released a software update through our app which balances out the audio, so you won't have to worry about one bud being louder than the other anymore. skybuds

      Thanks for giving us a try. It is true that we are always working on updates to improve your experience and we released one last month that provides louder volume options and helps stop the buds from playing while they are charging in the Skydock. skybuds
