    My son is 11 and the game is really very easy for him. Further, the game requires that additional characters and gems be purchased to unlock areas of the game. The extra can add up extremely fast. Beware.

    Got the game for the kids. For the previous games the kids would play for hours day after day. This one has gotten so little play. They have not been worried about the toys.

    We bought this set because my son received about 50 of the action figures as a gift from a grandparent. The figures were all from different series of Skylanders, but fortunately, all previous figures are compatible with Imaginators. My sons are 7 and 4, they both have a blast playing. The game is relatively easy, they rarely need help to play. The game is lots of fun for us to join in and play as well.The boys love creating their characters and switching their people around when they get tired of the particular Skylander they are playing with. I would recommend this game to anyone who may be interested. I wish there were games like this when I was a kid.
