Words from grandkids I bought each. According to them.....YES...get them.

The game is really enjoyable. I liked the fact that I was able to switch characters on the fly. The game comes with three characters which can be split and mixed with other swap force characters. A nice part of the game is the older characters for skylanders and skylanders giants can all be used with the swap force game.

lots of fun to play with your kids and lot's of stuff to do with figures.

I bought this game for my 5 year old son and he loves it. I like that we can play it toghther or he can play it by himself. There is a lot of content and he likes to go back and replay the levels over and over.

I wasn't sure if my children were ready for a game like this but I got it anyway. They LOVE it!! They are really into the characters and know all their special "powers". It is quite easy for them to use and play. I have gotten into it too and love playing with them!! you will end up buying more characters/figurines since the game cannot progress without different abilities. It will break the bank! We got it for Christmas and now own about 19 skylanders. It is fun for all ages

Our 6, 4, and 2 year olds love the game. The new component of swapping tops and bottoms to make different sky landers is a nice addition!

This game's graphics look much better than Giants. I also love all the new characters. Definitely worth buying for any Skylanders fan.

Put our game nights to another level. It was really fun to try all the different powers.

Bought this game for my 10 year old son. It challenges him without being frustrating. Great graphics and storyline.

Great game we have 3 editions and you can keep using old pieces.

I haven't played the games because I buy them for my children, so my review is based on what little I've seen of the game play and the feedback I receive from my boys. The figures are really cool and make me wish something like this was around when I was younger. My boys would spend all day playing if I'd let them. They have never been so into any other franchise as much as they are into Skylanders. Put it all together and I guess it must be a good game and I'm pretty sure any kid would have tons of fun playing it.

This is a great game to have in the skylanders family its fun to play with or with out the kids

A MUST HAVE UPGRADE FOR SKYLANDERS, ADDS BETTER GRAPHICS AND DIFFERENT GAME PLAY USING GAME PAD.

I bought this for my son's birthday and he has enjoyed it everyday since lol.

My youngest son loves this game. He has all the Skylanders and it is nice that the characters are universal.

Bought this as a gift for my nephew. He has played with it a lot. He's 7 and it's perfect for his age.

My child loves it! No complaints. I suggest older kids use this game.

The children had played the game at their cousins' so they wanted one for themselves. It has a lot of variety to the play. The 4 year old has been unable to do well. There are places where you need a Giant character, etc to go further which do not come with the Swap Force. It encourages getting more and more characters so it is not cheap. Somewhat violent.
