    For kids who like rock 'em sock 'em type games. Mediocore storyline and less-than-challenging gameplay but numerous characters all with unique characteristics for kids to compare against each other.

    I bought this game for my son's birthday a couple months before the actual day. After opening it the morning of his birthday, my son was very excited, and immediately wanted to play it. We started the game, but it kept freezing in the intro videos. After several attempts, including updates for the Wii U, it became clear that the game was defective. I took it to Best Buy to exchange it for a new game. The cashier said the system wouldn't let her because it was outside the return period. I asked for a manager, and he gave me the same line. After several minutes with them refusing to budge, I left very frustrated with a broken game. I contacted Activision, and they immediately sent a new game. I won't be surprised if Best Buy goes out of business soon. About the only reason left to shop at brick and mortar stores is for a face to face customer experience. With customer service like this, that reason is fading fast.
