Great price, great product. My granddaughter was hoping she'd find this set. I found it for her at my local Best Buy, and it was her favorite gift for her 8th birthday. It's a good starter pack that allows access via her iPad tablet, with plenty of characters to keep her busy while the main console is otherwise in use.

My son LOVES it! We have all the Skylander kits and this one is great for traveling! You don't have to deal with bringing an entire gaming system just your tablet, figures and your all set! The only downside is that it's battery operated and the battery life is terrible so pack extra!! Also MAKE SURE your tablet is compatible before buying.

I love that I can take the game where ever I go. It runs well on my son's iPad 2. The only draw back is that it is a BATTERY KILLER! The batteries on the remote last a long time but the portal batteries die after a few plays! You will definitely have to invest in rechargable batteries for the portal!

The kids love it. As for me,I also loved the price I got it for. It was for a Christmas present and kids were thrilled when they opened it its easy and mobile. They take it everywhere they go

Easy set up and lots of fun. The only negative is that there is only one remote and none available to purchase.

When I bought this I was expecting a cut down version. Instead, you get the full console version that runs smooth (at least on an iPad Air 2) and great graphics. The only issue I have is the portal drain batteries faster than you may want them to last. It uses 3 AAA batteries (which it includes some). I recommend purchasing some rechargable batteries like I did. A fresh set have last me more than 2 hours of continuous play.

Recently purchased this for my son and he absolutely loves it as well as me. He still gets the whole game experience,but on his iPad which leaves the TV open for the rest of the family. It's also more portable, so he can take it every where with ease. Great idea

Make sure you have a compatible tablet device. So really look. Had to get a newer tablet to be able to play. But it's what the child wanted for christmas. But he loves it. It's nice to pop it out and be able to play when he gets overstimulated when we are out and about. Just make sure everything charged.

Skylanders Trap Team for tablet is a full console version game. The set up for the portal and controller was easy with Bluetooth. Everything works seamlessly. One of the negative about the system is that it is not portable. You can't carry it around and play anywhere you want. The other negative is the game requires significant amount of storage space. Initial download was 1.2GB for iOS and there is more downloads needed as you change characters and play more, so Internet connection is required.

Good product, child friendly, chews up batteries. Child 5 year old able to managed with little to no help.

The game takes up far too much space on my ipad and with no option to get expandable memory that is an annoyance, but its console quality and very fun! (using ipad air 2)

Son wanted to add to his families game system. Easy purchase process at BestBuy and easy integration into their Skylander game.

my son loves this since he can now take the game with him instead of just playing on the Xbox. Bought one for his cousin also.

Bought this for our 8yr old son for Christmas. Easy to set up and understand, but requires Apple updates for IPad. Only issue is there was no good information on the box or skylander website about compatibility with other Skylanders or need for additional trap pieces. Really needed to buy additional trap pieces for unlimited fun.
