This box has access to many movies and shows not available elsewhere, however it is constantly requiring updates and glitching back to showing programs we did not select. Sometimes more of a pain than anything.

Didn’t think it would compete with my other box I got from amazing for cheaper price. I saw this at bestbuy.com and wanted to try it out. End up liking it more than my other box. It’s fast and does the job pretty good. I can watch all the movies and streaming also. Did all the updates and installed the right apps and I now have a solid box. Very happy with it. Just have to take the time and do the updates and install the right add ons.

This may have something to do with our internet, but some of the movies will buffer every few minutes.

I was tired of paying so much money each month for Direct TV and purchased this as an alternative to stream shows and movies. It is not perfect, but with no monthly fees it works pretty well.

Skystream One purchased Jan 2017.. When it works it good. WHEN IT WORKS... mybe 50 percent of the time this things work.. (support has alot finger pointing going on... excuses too... here is a tip DO NOT PAY extra $ for the so called "Care Plan") I have 130 meg speed from my ISP. Not an issue.. directly connected with a 3 foot CAT 7 gold tip cable...gold plated HDMI 2.0.... my set up is not an issue as im a computer geek... My issues are. it constantly freezes during playing movies or loading movies or searching for movies... takes for ever to shut down and the addons do not work 50 percent of the time... until they put out a software update then it works for a bit.. then a few weeks later.... again...issues I did the reading and clear my cache on the Media Center every week..thats the most you can do...but it still wont work 50 percent of the time... There so called "Customer Care" states as follows "for only $3.99 per month, you will have premium access to our streaming specialist and get the latest and greatest add-ons and apps without the hassle of doing it yourself. What a crock of you know what this is................. I called support and I contact them thru facebook to... keep in mind I paid extra for the SO CALL Customer Care.... After leaving several messages and FB messangers they call me... i had to get really nasty with them so they would call back.. they did... I asked them if they call customers back first that pay extra for support... they said no what ever order.... there is no benefit on paying the fee... on top of it all he did was clear my cache... he new nothing else.. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT... AT ALL.. AND FOR HOW MUCH IT COST..... Im a SUCKERS...

Bottom line, don't waste your money. Difficult for the average user. Box needs updating frequently and often causes more issues than it solves. Skystream 2, their newest generation runs on Android software that is two generations older than the newest available and cannot be upgraded. So plan on buying a new box every few years. No real savings here. Do your homework, there are many Android boxes that are so much better on the net for a fraction of the (elite mods) assembly of garbage. If you can get the Skystream 2 for a reasonable $100.00 shipped, you got what you've piad for. They're not worth a penny more in my opinion.

More features then I expected. So many things to stream for fee. Works great and the price is great since it's a company located in the states. Love how KODI comes pre loaded with all the repos and add ons with a click of a button. I already dropped my cable and saving lots of money!

The Skystream box is by far the best streaming box I have ever used. It's fast, simple to set up and I can watch absolutely anything I want. Not to mention, their customer service team is amazing - make sure you join their Facebook page too - My SkystreamX - they have a lot of support on there as well!

I can not say enough about the SkyStream One! Easy, setup. Easy use. Made in America; quality made. The greatest thing is that the customer service is AMAZING. They are quick to respond and easy to reach. Yes you can actually talk with someone!! And don't forget about their Facebook group that can answer any question on the fly! DEFINITELY buying another!!

This box hands down is the greatest android tv box on the market. A must have for anybody who is trying to cut cable. The content is truly endless you will never want to leave the couch. Paired with a solid product and top notch customer support you will rave about this little box to all your friends and family. Highly recommend!!!

I was spending almost $200 a month on cable. A friend told me about the SkyStream ONE and I decided to check it out. I'm so glad that I did. I'm saving money and streaming all of my favorite shows and movies. It's so easy to use and I 100% recommend it!

Better boxes can be bought with more speed, speed and storage that include remote support from a group that has locations around the world. Ghostware produces a far superior product and support.

This box gets me all of the content I could ever imagine! What a great product, and a great way to save money on your cable bill each month!!

Good streaming device BUT way over priced. There are hundreds of similar devices for a fraction of the cost of this box.
