First unit had issues connecting to the WIFI and the system would crash frequently. We contacted SKYTECH and they tried to diagnose and suggest a fix for the issues but the problem continued to persist. They recommended that we return it to Best Buy to get it replaced. The replacement unit was delivered and has worked perfectly ever since.

Bought this as a xmas gift for my gamer son He loved it. Set up was super easy and quick

My son got this just before heading back to school. In the short time he got to use it, he really enjoyed the upgrade from his Asus and found the graphics to be exceptional. It still took quite a while to load COD, but, that actually turned out to be driver issue that was impeding the WiFi signal. A quick update resolved the problem. Overall, he found this machine to be quite nice with very smooth performance.

I got this for my son as his first gaming computer, I have never had a desktop before. He just turned 7; I may have overdone it this thing is so fast. He was playing games on his Xbox One before. The difference in quality is insane. Its so fast, and the picture is so clean.

Usually computers this good cost over 1300 but this was super cheap for this good

First time i ordered this, it came as a defect. I think they forgot to put thermal paste or sum lol cuz the pc would turn on and the cpu temp would go up to 100 C in under 2 minutes. I'm reordering one and it's arriving today (returned first one). Otherwise the specs are insane for its price rn.

For the price you won’t be disappointed I get 100+ FPS and runs very smooth

It works fine for the first day, everything runs great and smooth. However, the desktop shuts down suddenly when I was gaming on the second day. I am not sure whether it is due to the settings I made on my game or its the desktop's issue.

My son loves his new gamer pc! Pretty nice setup and very colorful.

The graphics card alone is around $450 indivually. So smooth & fast.

Pc is good Runs great a little upset because the wifi card was blocking one of the gpu fans so we had to take out the wifi card and were using a wifi usb thing it’s a great pc just a little mistake on their part

Hey I’m new to the PC Gaming world. Bear with me. I’m realizing it only has 500GB , I wanted to add another SSD Hard drive , I just don’t know which one to get or how to even install it . I actually got a better version on this pc than the one I ordered I assume they were sold out of the one I ordered but can say it’s been great so far and shipping was beyond fast. Best but def has my buisness in the future. Keyboard and mouse that comes with aren’t bad but def upgrade if you a full time gamer.
