I haven't used the pc for long yet but the build quality seems great, and the specs are amazing for this price. The one slight nit pick I have with this product is that I did not receive a keyboard, unlike what I've seen from other reviews. It does not matter though because I already bought a better gaming keyboard.

Such an amazing gaming PC for the money. On a budget and can’t afford an expensive gaming pc but don’t want to pay less for a pc that lags and is crappy quality and then having to put more money into it in 6 months. My son loves it and raves about all the benefits. Thank you Skytech!

I have switched from AMD graphics card to NVidia and the PC runs smooth at all times. The processor is powerfull and responsive with my RAM upgrade. If this PC was 24GB of RAM and 1TB of memory, it would be the best bang for the buck.

I have had this for about a week now and i have not found any issues with it and also the fan system is enough to cool down the computer althought it can be a bit warm sometimes. If you want an affordable yet high-quality materials for these prices, then you’ve come to the right item.

I got it 10/15/20 and it was fine at first ,but then it keep restarting going into a blue screen and saying your device ran into a problem and I just got this pc and it already broken ,10/18/20 i went to Best Buy and went to return it and geek squad wanted to charge me 100 dollars for something I did not do cause I just got the pc they should fix it for free it still hasn’t been 15 days so I got my money back never buying from Best Buy I’m going to the original websites from the pc It was a good pc for the price great graphics .

It runs well and has no issues. I recommend this or because it comes with a great mouse with side buttons. It also has a cool rainbow LED keyboard.

After only around 3 hours of use I heard a popping sound and the system instantly shut off. Then I noticed a burning smell and unplugged the power cord from my UPS. I did not bother preforming a detailed inspection because I didnt want to touch the internals for fear of being blamed for damaging the system or swapping in damaged components but my best guess was a faultly power supply? I have seen online that the PSU is an area that pre-build companies frequently cheap out on and that can result in damaged systems. However if this were a review for Best Buy's customer service they would receive 5 stars, accepting my return and more or less taking my word for everything that happened, they issued a refund right away. Unfortunately, before breaking the rig had really been impressing me with 350+ fps (maxxed settings) in CSGO and 250fps (max) in Rocket League. If you want to take a risk with Skytech, in the very least doing so through best buy seems to be the way to go.

We bought 2 computers but one of them didn’t work sadly but still Best Buy employees tried there best to help us with our problem

The first PC I was shipped wouldn't boot but they quickly replaced it with one that works perfectly. It is perfect for my needs and features excellent cable management and value.

Purchased for my grandson. He loves it so much, he stayed home instead of going to the beach.

Computer worked great for about 8 months after purchase, after that the computer would fail to turn on. I sent it back to Skytech and they repaired it. Worked well for about a week before facing the issue. Sent it back again and faced the same issue. They have been helpful in trying to get this to work, but still a very frustrating issue.

PC is good, performance is as expected. The motherboard I got is the B450MH which isn't that bad but just has two DIMM slots. Overall good pc for beginners.

Over the course of nearly a month after buying this PC through Best Buy, on pick-up I took it strait to Geek Squad to let them open box it and get it ready. Upon opening the box we were all horrified to see that the inside had been over stuffed with instant packing from the manufacturer, (Skytech) which no one seemed to have ever heard of. We were all pretty sure that it was damaged and it was. Rather than taking my chances and waiting for this one to possibly someday get restocked, I decided to try letting Skytech directly replace the entire computer. It was easier to contact them via live chat, and they understood the problem and E-mailed me a shipping label for me to print. (make sure you have your own bubble wrap on hand to stuff the inside of the computer they are adamant about that, and post offices charge a lot for just a little bit.) Fortunately for me, Skytech is based in CA, and it took next to no time for it to be shipped to them and back. Round 2, I was excited. Took it back to Geek Squad and had it opened and configured buy them. Everything looked good. Got it home and found out that it would blue screen after a few minutes of being on the internet. :( Took it back to Geek Squad thinking that it may have just been a programing error or conflicting app since that's what the reports said. They helped me at the desk right away since I was very well known there at this point... Worked on it with me there and afterward said that it should be good now. Again I took it home and got it all carefully plugged in minding my bad back. Went online to download some games and got blue screen. tried another browser, same thing, tried google chrome, it was broken and wouldn't respond even after restarts, tried to download a game through steam and got blue screen. -_- ... Wasted almost a month and after taking it back to have it worked on some more, the Geek Squad said that if it were them and they had received a computer 2x broken, they'd return it. I did just that... I'm still working with a failing old computer while looking for something comparable to the specs that this one offered. Am I just so unlucky that I received two broken computers from the same builder?

It's a great computer and I love it very much. Would recommend to a friend. The experience was great and I played a lot of VR games with it.

Great starter gaming PC! Has the ability to be easily upgraded with newer parts when needed.

This is a great computer super fast haven't had any issues with it. Shipping was great and set up was super easy.

When I bought this pc, I was nervous but it blew me away! I use it everyday with no problem.

good pc. haven't had any problems. runs well and the rgb looks good.

Snappy and responsive. The only thing that would really improve this system is a 1TB drive instead of 500GB.

For the price I think this is a great computer. It has quality peripherals at a good price point.
