Pillow is cool, but once I put a pillow case over it it’s not as cool any longer. I suppose if there is no pillow case then it serves it’s purpose. Pillow is a bit thick and hard. Having it that way it hurts my neck a bit. I also use it to lean on so it’s not too bad overall.
