Had it one day and immediately knew it was going back. Aside from the mattress having a foul odor that MAYBE would have gone away in time, one corner would not stay flushed with my box spring and curved up 2-3 inches. It was fully inflated and warped upwards so not sure what happened there. When actually sitting or laying on the bed, you SINK as if you’re in a gymnastics gym foam pit. It’s a total workout to get out of. Absolutely no support or firmness what so ever. My son got on the bed with me and rolled immediately on top of me because of the large dip from how much it sank with an adult. So I had the huge inconvenience of hauling this back to Best Buy and returning. Huge upset and waste.

My wife and I love this mattress! We had an 8 inch memory foam mattress, and we wanted to upgrade to the 12 inch. We’ve been sleeping on it for about 3 months now and have zero complaints.

This is by far the worse mattress I have ever slept on it. And now to return I am been charged a $60 pick-up fee. I wish i had read the reviews before

This mattress is way too soft and I like a soft mattress. I would have returned it but I don’t think I would ever be able to get it back in the box.
