      Bought this for my wife who has chronic insomnia. Device did not work consistently and often turned off automatically multiple times during use, requiring her to turn the switch off then back on again (not as simple as raising her head off pillow as listed in user's guide).Very disappointed overall.

      I would like to give this product the benefit of the doubt, but I can't get the company to contact me back. I used the measurement tool on their website to be sure I ordered the correct size, which using the tool was a medium. I tried the product for about a week, but t's very tight and after a short while each night, the ear pieces ride up to where they don't work. I contacted the company a couple of weeks ago via their website to inquire about returning it for the large, but they have yet to get back to me. I'm hoping they read the reviews here and work to make this right.

      TAKES A LITTLE WHILE TO GET USE TO IT. BUT IN THE LONG RUN IT WILL RELAX YOU AND HELP YOU GET TO SLEEP.

      I have tremors which this item made them worst than better. So could not use because of a medical condition.
