Great classic so glad I could get on sale for my collection

If you like Disney and princesses then you will love this movie.I bought this as a gift.I already have it.I’m a collector of Disney movies.So is the person I bought it for.It’s a must for your Disney collection.

If you love disney and steelbooks then you should get this. Our family loves both and glad disney and bestbuy are bringing steelbooks for these movies. We look forward to collecting all of these releases.

I do love this artwork on the steelbook. The movie is enjoyable. The only disappointment is, it wasn't 4K. But, it did save me money on buying this one, instead of buying the original Zavvi version on Ebay.

Same for this DVD as the other two. I love Disney movies. Can't play cassettes anymore.

Hard to beat these classic Disney films. The modern takes of all these films miss out on the emotion, songs and joy that we felt when we first watched them. And focus on pleasing and trying not to offend anyone.

Sleeping Beauty was always a favorite of mine since childhood. With the redo it pops and the sound is superb. My great grandchildren will love watching this and sing along just like me.

There’s no way you can go wrong with a Walt Disney movie like sleeping beauty . It’s just a Fantastic movie for the whole family. So glad they came out with it In steelbook.

As a big Disney fan I had to get this steelbook for my collection and to go with my other copy of Sleeping Beauty Diamond Edition. A Must Get For Any Fan Of Disney!!!!!

I'll say it, but a lot of Disney's early work is, to say the least, not my favorite period of their company. Sure, they are beautiful films, but it wasn't til around the 1960's when they really got some amazing films. Sleeping Beauty and most of their output lack a truly gripping and well told story with terrific characters and originality. Still, it is a classic film that is one of my favorites from this era that needs to be on everyone's shelves. The PQ, sourced from 70mm photography, is meticulously detailed and colored, with some beautiful artwork in the fore and background being impeccably drawn and inked. The AQ is also well done, with the expanded 7.1 DTS-HD track enveloping the viewer with a tremendous score, sound effects and dialogue coming in beautifully. And for the purist (such as I) it also includes the 4.0 quadraphonic stereo track which also sounds amazing.The extras are where it starts to get a bit less worth your money. in 2009, there was an anniversary edition released, across 2 Blu Rays and one DVD filled with hours of extras ranging from games to documentaries, and with this Diamond Edition dropping a Blu Ray, you know something is lost in translation. The bonuses not included are 6 documentaries and featurettes, a Cine-Explore in-Movie experience, a trivia track, 3 deleted songs, an alternate opening, 4 games and more. So what is left over? Thankfully, there is a mix of old and new extras, with the new ones being 3 deleted scenes (in HD!), 3 featurettes and a sing-along. The retained extras include the fantastic commentary by Leonard Maltin, supervising animator Andreas Deja & John Lassetter, a featurette about the film restoration, a featurette on Eyvind Earle & a making of documetary rounding off the extras, with a DVD and a digital code also included in the package. A total recommendation for film enthusiasts, Disney fans and young kids (and the kid in all of us) and worth every penny, though still track down the 2008 release, its also superb as well.

One of my daughters favorite movies. Good princess movie.

Now that I have little ones we have been buying all the Disney classics as they come out. The quality is a bit poor but than again the movie is also old as well.
