Great game with a great atmosphere. Focuses more on fighting than stealing cars ala GTA. PS4 version looks and runs great.

This game is a mix of the older True Crime: Streets of LA and a little bit of Grand Theft Auto (except you're more on the good side of the law#. The premise of the game is great; you play as an undercover cop trying to infilitrate the dangerous Triad gangs in Hong Kong. Here are my pros and cons of the game: PROs: - Open world game that has plenty of different things for you to do #fight clubs, collectibles that give rewards, clothes/car customization# - Pretty simple to use and fun combat system #similar to Batman Arkham Asylum# - Ability to learn new moves and abilities throughout the game - Great story and voice acting CONs: - There are a few bugs #not game-breaking bugs, but annoying nonetheless# - The game can feel clunky at some times #this is rare however) - Not as much character development as it could have had - Combat can get repetitive towards the end of the game Despite the cons, I would definitely recommend this to another person to play!

I don't think it was a great port based on video comparisons and reviews but what I could play was fun. Their was a glitch at the last chapter preventing me from finishing the game so I saw the ending on you tube. I traded the game in back to best buy. It had solid fist fights along with shooting mechanics but a lot of glitches. I took me numerous times to finish a level due to a bug in order to hack a safe. I thought I was messing up but I watched a walkthrough and it wasn't my fault. I tried the safe hacking numerous times until it randomly worked all of a sudden. The camera made me almost nauseated when u first jump into a vehicle and it would take forever to pan the view from behind the car in order to see in front of you. I'm glad I only paid $25 on sale at best buy vs $50 original price.

If if you're looking for an open world title with some solid beat em up gameplay and engaging plot, give this one a shot. Not nearly as robust as gta, and not as plot heavy as yakuza, it's a good balance.

Beat-em-up and action fans will have a great time playing this title - shallow experience but if action is what you're looking for this is a good game to enjoy.

Not very long - good graphics. Easy to beat, so put on the hardest mode to enjoy longer.

This is the closest game to do GTA formula right. I platinumed it and had an extremely fun time with the game play. The story is pretty good to. The DLC is nothing special, but main campaign is awesome.

Great game and a good value for the price it cost me

after watching videos and trailers for this game I bought. I like to bring my games to party's so we sing Karaoke Singstar so this was I new thing we could do if you didn't want to sing. Lots of good songs on the disk then the downloadable songs from the PSN store are a great add on.

I never played Sleeping Dogs on the PS3. I missed out, however they updated this game for the PS4 and it seems I got the better deal. This is collector's version with a nice booklet and it looks great on the bookshelf.

I picked this up originally when it first came out in August of 2013 and absolutely adored the game. Sleeper hit of the year! Then, it came out for Playstation plus, so I grabbed it again. Xbox games with gold? Don't mind if I do. Now it has re-released on PS4, so I bought it again on Black Friday. The truly funny thing is that I don't regret playing this game over and over again.

Don't get me wrong, if I had not already finished this game to completion on my Xbox 360, my review of this remastered definitive edition would be different. Aside from the cutscenes and city getting a nice makeover, the gameplay is literally the same as the last gen consoles. The gloss and graphical improvements are not exactly enough to justify the $60 you're paying for this game. Now, if this is the first time you've ever heard of Sleeping Dogs, by all means, this is the version to get. I just didn't get the same "wow factor" as I did with the re-release of Last of Us and Tomb Raider for the PS4 as I did with this re-release of a game that didn't exactly achieve blockbuster status.

A decent remaster in the style of Grand Theft Auto.
