I loved Sleeping Dogs when it first released for last generation consoles, but this remaster isn't a noticeable upgrade like other games that have received the remastered treatment. It's only slightly graphically superior than the original with some better lighting and textures. However, it still feels and at times looks like a last generation game. While this version does add all previously released DLC, these extra pieces of content just don't compare to the story and action-driven madness of the main campaign. I can only recommend this game to people who have never played the original or the most die-hard of Sleeping Dogs fans. It's definitely worth playing and even more so if you can find it at a bargain price.

Overall it's a great definitive edition! The upgraded graphics do this game justice and the 60 FPS on the Xbox One makes it a great game! The fighting is fun and what really drew me to purchase this edition because it's a mix of Karate and GTA!

This game is really fun, the combat mechanics are better than GTA V. The graphics are great and the price has been reduced! The definitive edition is a must play if you haven't played Sleeping Dogs!

This game is also great on new gen graphics are not that much better and nothing much special but comes with all DLC wish it was a little cheaper $39 would have been great

It's a good story-line and fun to play. I think it's better on PC. The jumping controls are a little jerky.

I originally bought the PS3 version of this game, which looked pretty good and was a great open world story that plays out while you learn fighting techniques (kind of reminded me of Shenmue with some styling of the original Dead ro Rights game). The next gen Xbox One version is much improved in graphics and addituonal content. If you didn't play the original, you should play this. If you played the original, you should play again.

Really good story line. Could of used a little more depth but overall a good game.

If you like hong kong police movies like Supercop, you will love this game. The controls take a bit to get use to, but the story and game are great.

This game was awesome on last gen, looks even nicer on the current gen systems and it comes with all the DLC ( download content ). Great bargain.

Sleeping Dogs is really a great game. The graphics really pop on the Xbox One. My only complaint is the mission fighting several opponents is hard. I tried several times and am stuck. I wish it were more like GTA V where after you've tried and failed a section of the mission you can just skip that part. Otherwise it's a great game!

This game was highly spoken about from my cousin on last gen systems so when I saw it on sale I thought I would give it a try, it was supposedly the Asian version of GTA. Boy did this game not disappoint, from the get go there is action and the story is just so immersive. The maps are huge and there are always fun side missions that don't get as repetitive as watch dogs. I think this game is def worth your time and money.

This is the version you should get if you have a Xbox One or PS4. Comes with all the DLC from the previous gen. It is not up-scaled very much over the last Gen versions either. However it does run smooth. I have only played about half way though but liking it so far.

this game is awesome and has all the DLC and love having kung fu mixed in with shooter.
