Based on other data I collect, this seemed to be the most accurate sleep tracker I’ve found. It was very easy to use and generated good data. However, it requires that you tell it when you are going to sleep and when you wake up - it is not automatic. I often found myself forgetting to press the button in the app on my phone, so despite having the device on the nightstand, it wasn’t actually in use. Because of this, I ultimately decided that this was not the product for me and returned the device.

This product does not work. Bought it for my wife and unless you have multiple previous generations Iphone or (maybe) android it won't connect. Even when it does the app is so bad just expect it to fail. We tried it for five nights and for five straight nights the app crashed & we got no results at all. Considering how expensive this product is we hoped we'd get some results that could help but this is a waste of money that doesn't do what it promises. Avoid and save yourself money. I'd encourage you to check the reviews on the Sleepscore app (which you're required to have) but many negative posts are being deleted.
