This season brought new things into the show ,and was very interesting!

I liked this season because it brought in Doomsday.

This season was my least favorite out of the series ,but still good because of the story it told! I justed expected more from this season!

she's into superman so she really likes this show...

The show should be renamed Metropolis as a lot of the action happens there and not in Smallville. A few highlights: the appearance of the Legion of Super Heroes (from the comics) and the Jimmy Olsen - Chloe- Davis Bloome (a.k.a. Doomsday) love triangle which reaches a tragic conclusion for two of the three mentioned in the final episode of the season. Also, the end of the Clark and Lana love affair (she gets superpowers and literally becomes kryptonite to him). And the beginning of the Lois and Clark love affair. Look for the great effects and storylines to continue in Season 9 with appearances by the Wonder Twins (yes, alien teenagers with superpowers from the Superfriends cartoon show) and the Justice Society (Hawkman, Dr. Fate and Stargirl). And lets not forget Bryan Austin Greene as that man with a green glowing rock for a heart, Metallo. And Zod, in the flesh.

As far as tv shows go... you can only expect so much from them.. i mean you dont get a big budget like you would a movie... But with what they have to work with the special effects are amazing! Superspeed.. Strength..Heat vision... and so much more! All so Great.. Story lacks alittle sometimes but always come back and takes you for a ride. Actors and actresses alike are as equally amazing!

I love the show I have all of the seasons on DVD and I cannot wait for season 8 to come out and season 9 as a matter of fact I hope the show never goes off the air I hope that they will keep it going and follow his life and story from beginning to end. I love the show sooooo much.

I miss this show more than I see it live, so when I saw it offered in a cool metal case for $10.00, I grabbed it. I like the show for the most part although some episodes are better than others. I like the idea of bringing characters from the comics into the show to bring some new life into a concept that was getting a little tired. I miss Lex, but enjoy some of the new characters and hope they may be able to get him back as a quest.

this is the best show ever smallville is the no 1 show on tv to me and i can not wait for it to be available and im talking about season 8 bc i have season 4 5 6 7 so all i need is season 8 and nine thank you and this is my review.

Smallville is the most unique and creative take on the Superman story. It has great special effects and great story lines and great acting and great directing by cast members and great overall saga quality.

If you buy this season in the store, it comes in a Best Buy exclusive metal tin case. It is absolutely awesome! Smallville is the best TV show ever! I love it!
